1. Agreement to Terms

By scheduling, authorizing, or receiving services from Roof Repair Pros ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms govern all home services provided by Roof Repair Pros, including but not limited to roofing, and any related labor, parts, or equipment.

2. Service Authorization

2.1 Scheduling & Access

By booking an appointment, you authorize Roof Repair Pros and its technicians to access your property at the agreed-upon time to perform the requested services.

  • You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to all areas of the property necessary for service completion.
  • You represent that you are the property owner or have authorization from the owner to approve the work.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a trip charge.

2.2 Scope of Work

All work will be performed as described in the service estimate or work order provided at time of booking or on-site. Any additional work identified during the service visit will be presented to you for approval before proceeding.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 Estimates & Quotes

Estimates are based on information provided prior to the service visit. Final pricing may vary if the actual scope of work differs from what was initially described. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

3.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.
  • Financed projects are subject to the terms of the applicable financing agreement.
  • Invoices not paid within 30 days of the service date will accrue a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

3.3 Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • If our technician arrives and is unable to access the property or complete the service due to conditions beyond our control, a trip charge may apply.

4. Warranties & Guarantees

4.1 Workmanship Warranty

Roof Repair Pros warrants all roofing labor and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of service completion, provided the roof system or component has not been altered, misused, or damaged by third parties.

4.2 Materials & Roofing Products Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply to all roofing materials and products installed, including shingles, underlayment, flashing, and related components. We will assist in facilitating warranty claims where applicable. Product warranties are separate from labor/workmanship warranties.

4.3 Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications to the roof.
  • Normal wear and tear, aging of roofing materials, or deterioration due to weather exposure.
  • Pre-existing roof damage or conditions not caused by our work.
  • Damage resulting from severe weather events, storms, hail, wind, or other acts of nature.

5. Limitation of Liability

Roof Repair Pro's liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or property damage not directly caused by our negligence.

Customers are responsible for disclosing any known hazardous conditions, pre-existing damage, or structural vulnerabilities prior to service.

6. Insurance & Licensing

Roof Repair Pros maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We hold all required state and local roofing licenses and certifications to perform professional roofing services in California.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about your roof condition, age, previous repairs, and any visible damage or leaks.
  • Ensure pets are secured and children and household members are kept away from roof work areas and ground work zones during the service visit.
  • Clear the work area of personal belongings, vehicles, and obstacles to allow safe access for roofing equipment prior to technician arrival.
  • Follow any post-service roof maintenance instructions, safety recommendations, or care guidelines provided by the technician.
  • Notify us promptly of any concerns with completed roofing work so we may address them under warranty.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in California in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees and costs.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal action must be filed in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

10. Changes to These Terms

Roof Repair Pros reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website at https://www.roofrepairprosla.com/ and will take effect upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
